jspotboutique @k__darling it's scratchy on the inside which may be how it was made. I bought it exactly like that from Dillard's. And there is a video and a picture showing that side. I can take more pics but they will look the same. The actual outside isn't scratched which is why I think it may have been intentional... not absolutely sure.
