50% Nylon, 50% Tactel. This is a vintage Medium so think Small! THINK SMALL. Thick (almost 2") waist band measures almost exactly 14". Waist band has stretch but I wouldn't rely on that too much. Length - Shortest point: 15.5," Longest point 16.25" Great condition, minimal piling (see last two photos). Materials and care tag Is weathered from time, "50% Nylon" is difficult to discern. No issues otherwise. A solid (and cute!) elastic skirt, crafted before the big quality drop of '08. I'd keep it if I didn't prefer longer hemlines.
