Double chain, gold Betsy Johnson necklace. Longer chain is 20” around with the clock charm at the center and a brown/bronze stone heart charm off-center. Shorter chain is 16” around and has a black bow charm. Adjustable length closure with a small heart that says BETSY JOHNSON at the end. Brand new, but there is a little bit of scuffing from hanging on display at the store and a little black spot on the clock that I think was a manufacturer flaw because it seems to be inside
