This Betsey Johnson fit and flare dress has a halter top, empire waist and flares out to a midi length. The fabric is thick, 100% cotton with a very unique embroidered raven print. It is also fully lined which gives it a nice weight. I bought this for an occasion and didn’t end up going, so it’s never been worn. Been stored in a garment bag for around 15 years. Size 8. Excellent condition/like new.
