Betsy and Adam off Shoulder fit and flare dress

Excellent condition! Wore once to a wedding. No stains ( sorry about wrinkles) beautiful dress with lining and tule. Fun and flirty. It says size 2 petite, but runs like regular size 2. ( not short) I’m 5’4” 117 lbs and a 34 B/C) no alterations and has been cleaned!
