Bettie Page kitty leopard print skirt

Very large, 26 inches flat across, drawstring skirt. Image of Bettie is on the back. Lace hem. Maybe like a 3x? Bought second hand, first person bought it from an Etsy seller I can't seem to find, so it is handmade and upcycled. Seems to be cotton.
