Betty Barclay Frocks True Vintage Dress in black and white with little stars all over it Condition is good! White is more off white due to age. Zipper works great, not missing any buttons The belt that comes with it has seen better days but still useable for now it does have a lot of wear fyi just very loved and used. The measurements (there is stretch and I didn’t fully max it out because that’s not comfortable! So there is a possibility this could be worn a slight bit bigger than the measurements given) Bust: 34-36” Waist: 25-26”
