Betty Blue szL Wrap Style Jacket

Love this little jacket to go over dresses or a cute tank top. It is 97% cotton and 3% spandex with cute tufted short sleeves. Wrap-around tie waist allows you to determine how fitted you would like it. 22 and 1/2 in from neck to hem. I would say this is definitely a Juniors fit.
