Betty Boop long sleeve shirt with pom pom ties

This Betty Boop shirt is incredibly cute with Betty on the front with scattered rhinestones-please note some of the rhinestone have popped of but in no way take away from the shirt. I would add more rhinestones if this cute shirt would fit me. I love this adorable ties at the shoulders with the red pom poms.
