Betty Carre 22k-gold-infused statement ring w/rosy jewel

There is beautiful metalwork on this, including an a elaborate pattern behind the jewel that shows through. Purchased at Tiger Lilly boutique in Newnan, Georgia (included a descriptive screen grab from the website). Not sure what the actual gem is, or what the metal is other than that the finish is “22 k gold infused.” But it’s lovely and destinctive!! Fits about 5.5. With pouch.
