This is a women's skirt, in 100% navy blue silk.It is full cut, midi length with a wrap waist band. The waist closes with a 3 hook and eye system. There are no issues with the hooks and eyes. I see no stains or rips. I did find three tiny holes near the bottom hem near where the skirt wraps. Please see the photo.
