Blue, red, yellow, and pink polka dot pattern on a light beige/cream background. Zips on the back. Sewn-in strap that goes around the neck. Front flaps also tie around the neck on the back. The fabric has a bit of a stretch. In great condition. No manufacture tags. Feels like a rayon mix fabric.
