New, but retro look blouse from Betty Page by Tatyana. Long sleeves, creme background with red and black circular print. There is a small bow at the throat. I think it's polyester. The actress, Brighid Fleming, who played Heather on Disney's Dog with a Blog, wore it once at the Golden Globe Gifting Lounge.
