You would look amazing in this maxi length, black floral dress with a stunning off the shoulder top and accordion style pleats on the bottom! The floral pattern is very chic and the lace detailing on the edges isn't the only alluring surprise - it is also see through on the bottom. My bust line is 38 and it fit me with the shoulders - depending on how far down you wear them feeling a bit tight. Everything from the empire waist down is flowy and would be difficult to measure accurately. It is 41 inches from the empire waist to the floor.
