Beulah flouncy blue top

This fun, flouncy, light blue tank is the perfect summer top - great over a white pair of jeans. The shoulder straps are adjustable and have tassels and fabric is light weight. It never quite worked for my complexion so is why I’m (finally) selling it after only ever wearing it once.
