itsmejessie95 @rescuewoman good morning!! Tag inside says “exterior 100 % polyurethane and lining is 100 % polyester. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 17 in. Shoulder to cuff is 27 inches. Bust is 22 inches. Mind you this is when it’s laying flat.
