Bought a pair of Nike pros from her and she made me pay through PaePal friends and family and ignored several comments from me on poshmark until I found her Instagram and she finally gave me a shipping number. Well three weeks later, it still hasn't shipped! Keeps ignoring me and won't give me a refund. UPDATE: she has since blocked me on here and on Instagram. 🅿️🅿️ is unable to refund me until I fill out this government report which will freeze her 🅿️🅿️ for gold!

smileashlen Then either find out where the package is TOMORROW or refund me my money. I work full time as a server, in college, coach cheerleading and I'm a cheerleader myself yet I still have time to find the decency to communicate with a buyer. You said you'd ship, failed to do so and finally said you did almost 2 weeks later. If I don't hear from you by the end of tomorrow, I'll call 🅿️🅿️ and get the money back myself. @wildelephant

smileashlen @rrachul I'm still trying to work with her via email. I have a case opened with USPS and they say she never even dropped the package off. She's very unwilling to put in work to find out where the package is (like call the drop off).

proud2beme @smileashlen @wildelephant : ashlen pls file grievance with Paepal or method of payment, USPS already let you know that the package was never dropped off, NEXT option is file a police report on scammer, then take it to civil court to teach her a lesson. All your time lost and stress on this situation should be taking into account of restitution.

smileashlen @proud2beme lmao, there's nothing I can do now. For me to take her to small claims is $140 (trust me I did this to someone else over summer for stealing my car a crashing it). It's not worth $20. I really don't care about the whole situation now since I got a pair of Nike pros in the end. If you want to sue her go ahead idgaf. Let it go lol
