Beyer & Bock Porcelain Leaf Plate Antique 1910s Prussia Germany Royal Rudolstadt

-The plate has a transferware decoration of a stem of three peach roses in full bloom. -Handpainted accents toward the stem of the clover, and on the sloped inner rim add a lovely softness to the design. -Handpainted gold gilt embellishes the ruffled rim. -While most beautiful and functional as a dresser tray, the cutout portion of the stem could accommodate hardware for creating a wall hanging. -The trademark belonged to Beyer & Bock from the Volkstedt part of the city of Rudolstadt-Volkstedt, Prussia, Germany until 1960 -However, this crown over B in shield mark was used by Beyer & Bock from c. 1905 to c. 1931 -So, what we have is a Prussia, Germany transferware and painted plate from the Beyer and Bock porcelain house, made in the town of Rudolstadt-Volkstedt between 1905 and 1918. -Pre-Owned -Paint Rub Mark on Stem
