This is a vintage concert march item from Beyoncé's 2013 "The Mrs Carter Show World Tour". It has a snapback, flower front decal inside and outside, and a has her initial and name embossed on the front. It did not come in a bag/packaging and was never worn. The price is slightly hire than original listing, because it's a vintage item. It is no longer sold at her concerts or on her website.
