Good preowned condition - was purchased secondhand and item appears to have some light pilling in certain areas from previous wear. Only really noticeable by touch, can’t really see it in less you’re looking for it. Cotton tunic, very gauzy and light - could def be worn in summer. No stretch. Fabric is semi sheer so I would recommend wearing over a cami or tank top. (See last pic for reference— I put my hand under the shirt and you can see it.) Elastic cuffs.
