Biala Leather Open-Toed Small Heel Flats Vintage

Beautiful cream colored leather shoes. They have a very small heel, I would consider them flats. The heel is really adorable. The leather is in excellent condition. These are vintage Biala Made in Italy. Perfect to wear with the 90’s style floral dresses.
