Bianca dress at knee skirt with belt

This is a business or a dress skirt that hits right at the knee. It has a belt that goes around with the metal clasp and two small decorative pockets in the front. In the back there is a zipper and two slits covered by a flap of fabric. I would describe this as a very dark grayish black with some gray stitching around the pocket the belt buckles in the waist.
