Bib style Aqua statement necklace, pre-owned

Very pretty statement style neckline in a sort of bib style with tear shaped aqua stones interspersed with clear crystals. The whole is suspended from gold toned chains. Item was gently used. I’m not sure of the brand, I might have gotten it from JCrew factory, but it could also have come from New York and Co or even Etsy.
