Biba vest

Gorgeous colorful woven stitch fabric. The vest has two different types of decorative bottons, two front pockets, and ties at the back. It is a size 44 but looks sml. please see measurement photos and ask questions. I am also not sure if it is for males or females. i think anyone can wear this beauty but I will list in women's.
