Bib/collar necklace matching earrings

The is a beautiful bib and matching earring set. I am not sure of the stone. It possibly could be man-made. It is smooth and rounded. The necklace measure 11 1/2 inch from top to bottom. The earrings are about 1 1/2" with wire backs. The metal is silver tone with nice scroll work. Check out my other pieces....thank you.
