Biella Men's Suit. Pants are 31S but I am not exactly sure what the jacket is although I believe it to be a 38R. I am 5'8 165 and it fits me well with the exception of the arm length I could use an inch longer. It's a very nice suit overall and was only worn a couple of times. I tried my best to include some measurements that might be helpful.

@jenningseagles I am not sure. I am a slim guy so everything I buy is slim or fitted but I don't know if it is technically "Slim Fit"
