Big Bud Press Work Jacket (Unworn) XXS

This work jacket is from the most recent sample sale. It is a size XXS, which doesn't seem correct. This is probably why it was part of the sale including a minor printing issue (see last photo). According to their size chart, the XXS should fit a 39" chest. I have a 38" and couldn't button it up fully. I've never bought their work jackets before so I don't have anything to go off of. Aside from trying on, this jacket is brand new.
