Big Girls Disney Frozen Elsa Dress

Handmade Big Girl Disney Frozen Theme Elsa Dress. The skirt of this dress is four layers featuring a white petticoat, white tulle, blue cotton skirt, and a blue gilitter overlay with satin hem. The top of the dress is two white cotton layers with an iron on picture of Elsa in the middle in the middle. A blue sparkly bow with a snowflake divides the top from the skirt and allows the dress to tie in the back. The dress does have a zipper in the back for easy on and off. This dress was handmade and therefore does not have a dedicated size. If I was to guess a department store size I might say a 12 or 14.
