The top is like a tube top it has cup holders that can be removed a ruffle lays over the tube top you can wear it on your shoulders or off it's very cute! The bottoms are baby blue and have the scrunch at the top to make your bum look cute! They were worn once and it was to try on it's never been worn in public..lol..I bought this brand new at Rue21 both peices😊 rue bleu collection.
