lala040802 @jojo8715 Hey, posted picture . They do not have the slot for inserts but they are pretty padded already. I also did use a clear insert though for a little extra lift for cleavage as I definitely lack on the top area :) I used doubled sided tape and they were secured ! however I don't think it would be top much effort to add material to the back to have a insert Let me know if you have and further questions.
