This beautiful Bila women's dress features a stunning blue and red floral pattern, sleeveless design and V-neckline. It’s a pullover closure and the V-Neck line is adorned with two tassels that can be left as is or tied. This great dress is made from 100% Rayon, has ruffled accents, an elastic waist, and it is both stretchy and smocked. The dress is an XL and has the following approximate measurements while lying flat: Shoulder to hem of dress: 41.5” Shoulder to shoulder: 12.5” Armpit to armpit: 19” (there is some stretch in this area with the elastic) Across elastic waist: 16” (there is give with the elastic waist) If additional measurements are needed, send me a message and I will promptly respond.
