Bill Blass Floral High Waisted Mom Shorts Vintage 90s Gorgeous bright and bold color and bring on these 90's shorts! Bright blue background is decorated with white florals and leaves. These shorts also feature a classic 5 pocket design, belt loops, and a zipper and button closure in the front. These would be fantastic for 4th of July or any other summer day! Roll the cuffs or leave them as-is. 100% cotton Size 12 ( vintage sizing, so may be 1-2 sizes smaller than modern sizing) Approximate Measurements: waistband - 15.5" across hips - 21.5" rise - 13" inseam - 4.5" The Bill Blass brand tag on the back of the waistband has also bled a little bit of color around it (pictured) but this is only really noticeable if closely inspecting.
