Bill Blass dress, originally for Nieman Marcus. perfect for cocktails, wedding, holiday events. brown silk velvet wrapped top with silk chiffon sleeves and skirt. the skirt is a double layer of silk chiffon! closes with both snaps and zipper: the kind of details Blass loved. also has a ruched cummerbund with covered velvet buttons and loops, that crosses in the front there is a little flare in the sleeves. all in all, as modern now as when designed. shoulder:15 in. sleeve: 22.5 waist: 25.5 in. overall length: 37 in. pay close attention to the measurements-IMO this will git like a 2-4. the cummerbund does pull it in a bit. will even work for Mad Men type cosplay
