Bill Levkoff Black Style 774 Dress

Chiffon strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline. Ruched bodice with soft petal details that accent the center front and back. Gown has soft center gathers and a back train. A clasp was added to bustle the back of the dress due to the train.The front of the dress was slightly hemmed. I am 5'3" and wore 3.5" heels with the dress.
