Would a 28-29 inch waist fit ? I am same as you in the other sizes you mentioned. Also does this hold the the top well? I’m debating on another halter design for this reason but I think this dress is pretty.

@millieandrew yes the waist is loose and forgiving, I was going to have a bra sewn in but it held snug with just my strapless so I didn’t want to alter it even more.
