Bill Levkoff Designs Plus size 24 Cocktail/special occasion dress in black, EUC. Dress has been altered, please check measurements prior to purchase. Lovely sleeveless V neck chiffon like fabric with lightly padded bust, satin cummerbund at empire waist and flowy skirt. Side zipper and hook/eye closure. Straight across the back. Measures 22" pit to pit, 21" under bust, straps with 3" drop and 40" long. Satin lining. Dry clean only, has been cleaned. Needs some pressing around cumberbund. Worn once as bridesmaid dress. Would be great for prom, wedding, or other special occasion.
