Bill Levkoff Dress

Bill Levkoff chiffon strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline. Criss-cross pleats accent the bodice. This has been worn once, is in great condition and has been altered to the approximate measurements below. Approximate flat measurements: (originally a size 8) Length: 48" from top of neckline Waist: 13" Bust: 16" There is a small discoloration mark on the inside of the dress, as shown in the image.
