Bill levkoff Black one shoulder long gown

I consider this new with tags but I noticed that the top part of closure loop in back is missing on one side but looks like it might be ok with out It by just using the zipper. the sexy stunning formal gown. Very flattering. Beautiful design very elegant can be worn to a formal event or a prom or wedding. I made a measurement pit to pit 18” dress length 65” bust 35-36” waistline 29-30”
