Hi,
I apologize for the delay in my response.
At the end of the pictures posted for these slacks, I added 2 more photos in an attempt to give you a better idea of the waist on these pants. Without the waistband being stretched out, I got a measurement of 13 inches across. However, when I fully stretched the waistband out, I got a measurement of 20 inches across. The pants are a generous size large. The inseam is 29.5 inches.
