Billabong 100% Cotton Floral Summer Dress

90s/00s 1990s/2000s Boho Bohemian Peasant summer dress from Billabong 100% cotton with 100% cotton liner Cute print has tiny leaves and berries in light green and a soft red, with red and green embroidered stitching details and a folk-inspired block print-inspired border along the hem and pockets. Small green daisy flowers at the neckline. Very light and airy (but not see-through, thanks to the liner!) White fabric has small white pinstripes running through it. Under bust has thin elastic at the seam, completely enclosed in the fabric. Elastic is is great condition. This dress has been gently worn a few times over the years, but is clean and crisp with no stains or defects that I can find - just a little wrinkled! It’s been in storage for a few years. Because the straps are adjustable, this could also work as a longer dress on a preteen. See measurements in comments!
