Billabong Boho Dress

This long sleeve dress fits snug to the body at the bust and waist and looser in the hips (a line) and has fun sleeves that taper out but are not annoying to wear or move around in. It has a scoop in the back that you can wear a bra with and not see it, with a cute strap detail across the shoulders. Would fit an XS/S. Super fun pattern!
