Billabong Sequin skirt

Billabong Sequin skirt. Designers closer. Soft cotton waist bad. I wore this to a Bruno mars concert and had a blast. Hence, the sequins are coming off some of the waist band part (see pics). But for the most part the bottom is all good. Would still complete a cute outfit to rock for a night. Which is why it’s priced so low!
