Billabong beachy dress or a cover-up

I have never worn this I did takeoff the tags but I still never wore it. It is a light blue and white tie-dye and the sleeves are like a wing style with hot pink edging details. It is very Flowey and bohemian style and a fay at the beach on vacation or a night on vacation. I feel like you could use this as a swimsuit cover-up or just a cute dress. It does kind a have an oversize look
