Billabong dress

Billabong dress with front zipper detail. It is a soft silky polyester material. Tribal Aztec design in black, white, blue and red. Straps cross in back. Stretchy band on empire waist. Small rip at top, shown in photos, could be repaired but not even that noticeable when worn. It measure 34 inches from top of shoulder strap (part that sits on hanger) to bottom hem. Size small.
