Billabong dress w/ partial cut out back

Billabong dress worn twice. Hits around knee or slightly above (I’m 5’6”). Elastic cuffs so can be billowy on your forearms or worn to wrists. The second image is the back view and it would sometimes shows the back of my bra (depends on the bra you wear). Size large but I typically wear medium so I think it runs a bit small.
