Billabong floral off the shoulder blouse

New without tags!! Never worn. Summery off the shoulder (or can be worn on the shoulder), blouse with pretty palm florals. There’s a tie in the front chest area. It fits more like a crop top but not fully a crop top. Looks great with high waisted jeans! The top part (neck line and shoulder line) is elastic cinched.
