Billabong - floral summer mini dress

I’m obsessed with this dress. And it’s just a little too short for me so I don’t reach for it enough. Perfect for summer - it’s swingy and flattering, and the sleeves could be worn like straps, or off the shoulder for a flirtier look. So adorable!! In nearly new condition - only worn, washed, and air dried once! No flaws of any kind that I could find.
