Billabong jogger pants

Billabong pants feel is ultra soft. Waist is elastic and stretchy but also has a draw string for added adjustability. Ankles taper a bit but do not have elastic. Can be rolled up or left to feel loose at the ankle. Slightly worn - Purchase in Cali on the beach after getting out of freezing cold water to warm up on the beach. Didn’t wear much after that.
