This super cute Billabong dress is in great condition! It is an unlined summer dress that can also be worn as a pool cover up. The pattern is navy with pink diamonds. The sleeves are adjustable straps. Single ruffle detail along entire collar (front and back). Metal Billabong pin on outside top of dress (pictured). Total length is 26 inches, not counting the adjustable straps.
