Billie Ross of the Palm Beaches vintage decoupaged OWL wooden purse

A really extraordinary wooden decoupaged handbag made by Billie Ross with an owl motif. Belongs in a handbag or aviary museum!I have owned it 20 years and it has only been used for display. It is in usable very good vintage condition. The green inside padded lining has what looks like 5 very small ink marks on the bottom of the purse visible in photo # 7 one if the marks. The decoupage is all perfect no nicks or wear.Handle , clasp all excellent working condition . Metal feet all intact. There is some wear and some small nicks visible in the photos. Some discoloration on the beige plastic like covering over the entire purse also visible in the photos. This may be a polyurethane coating not sure. 5 different owls featured on the panels. Cream colored with browns ,green and black
